Psychology-led · product, service & change

We get the human layer of product and service delivery right.

The technology or the strategy is the part you can already build. Adoption, culture, and the confidence to lead the change are the parts that decide whether it lands — whether you're launching a new product, repairing a service that's fractured, or leading change at scale.

The psychology and innovation expertise most teams can't afford to hire — at a fraction of a typical consultancy's cost.

Our approach

We formulate before we intervene.

Every good psychologist works this way: understand the system before you touch it. A diagnosis names the problem; a formulation explains what's holding it in place — then we design the thing that breaks it.

It's the opposite of arriving with a framework to sell. And because we've built products and led change ourselves, the formulation ends in something real — a build, a repaired service, an evidence base — not a slide deck.

Read the method
01
Formulate
Find the real gap — in your users, your evidence, your service, your implementation.
02
Build the human layer in
Adoption and behaviour designed into the product or service, not bolted on at the end.
03
Prove it
The evidence commissioners, investors and boards say yes to — and people keep using.

The collective

Two founders at the core. The right specialists around them.

Every engagement is led by a chartered psychologist and staffed with exactly the expertise it needs — clinical, behavioural, academic, technical. The depth of a firm, without the overheads of one.

Between the two founders alone: five doctorates, HCPC & BPS registration, peer-reviewed research and award-winning products. Add the specialist network and you get senior expertise most teams can't afford to hire full-time.
