01The two founders

What each of them is useful for.

Between them: five doctorates, HCPC and BPS registration, peer-reviewed research and award-winning products. The credentials are below for anyone who needs them. What matters day to day is which of them you need in the room.

The people on this page lead the work. There is no pyramid in which senior people sell the engagement and a junior team delivers it.

How the work is staffed

02Beyond the two of us

A network of specialists, assembled for the project.

Product design, user engagement, branding, sales strategy, and engineering partners who have shipped regulated technology. For each project we assemble exactly what is needed and plug it in, which removes the hardest part of any new venture: finding the right people, fast.

The depth of a firm without the pyramid. Specialists most teams could not justify hiring full-time, brought in only where the work requires them, and named to you before they start.

  1. 01

    Frame the offer

What the product is, who it is for, and why it wins.

  2. 02

    Validate the build

That what gets built fits the user, the workflow and the clinical pathway.

  3. 03

    Prove the market

That the buyer exists, willingness to pay is real, and demand repeats.

  4. 04

    Validation to pipeline

From the first commercial conversation to a repeatable sales motion with health buyers.

03Award-winning, measurably
