These terms and conditions set out the rules for the use of the UXclinician Ltd website at uxcgroup.com.

Any use of the above terminology, or of other words in the singular, plural, capitalised form and/or he, she or they, is taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Our cookies policy sets out what this website does and does not place on your device, and what your choices are. By using this website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with that policy and our privacy notice.

Services, coaching and training

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we deliver work. Places on workshops and courses booked and paid for on this website are sold on our course and workshop booking terms. Consultancy, coaching, team and organisational work, and training and CPD are each delivered under a separate written agreement, agreed with you before the work starts, which sets out the scope, the fees, the timescale and the terms of service provision.

Coaching and team interventions delivered by UXclinician Ltd are provided by practitioner psychologists working within the professional and ethical standards of their registration and chartership. Coaching is not therapy, and nothing on this website constitutes clinical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
