Our work·Products we built
You've left. So why does it still have a hold on you?.
ReNurture is ours. A long-term recovery programme for people who have left controlling or abusive relationships, and a place to steady yourself in the hard moments. It went through the same loop we run on client products: formulate first, real users from the start, evidence built in, then launch.
ReNurture. Digital solution development: recovery from relationship trauma, built and launched by us.

What happened, and what came of it.
People who leave a coercive or abusive relationship do not stop being affected by it when they leave. They still think about the person when they do not want to, question their own judgement or memory, and feel pulled back.
Support is often waitlisted, clinic-hours only, and silent on the moments that actually undo people: the message that lands, the urge to text, the handover in an hour. Craig, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and a survivor himself, built it because he could not find what he needed when he needed it.
We formulated the recovery journey and the crisis moments as two different jobs and built both into one product: a structured long-term programme, and in-the-moment tools that start by asking what you need right now. Eight years of development and over 7,000 hours of research and applied practice went into the methodology, with survivors, services, academics and clinicians involved throughout.
Then we did the launch work a spinout has to do: pricing, a free tier, self-serve onboarding, and a government-funded pilot to generate the evidence.
In evaluation, all 64 research participants found it helpful and nine in ten reported feeling more in control of their lives. It has been funded, partnered and evaluated with NIHR, Innovate UK and FemTech, and went live in July 2026.
It is the reason we can say we build, not just advise. Every step a founder or spinout has to take, we have taken with our own product.

Project5
With the NHS wellbeing taskforce, 2020 to 2025
We built a full mental health service, digital front door included, to support NHS staff wellbeing at work through COVID-19, in partnership with the NHS wellbeing taskforce. Over 15,000 wellbeing sessions were delivered at no cost to the NHS, a volunteer-delivered gift valued at more than £1.5m. Recognised with a Points of Light award.

EpSMon
Academic, charity and health partners
We led the research and development of EpSMon, a self-monitoring app that helps people with epilepsy recognise rising risk early. It was shown to have real-world impact, has won national and international awards, and is commissioned by the NHS.

ACEmobile
Multi-stakeholder
We co-led the research and development of ACEmobile, a tablet-based dementia assessment tool. It has been internationally successful, widely commissioned and the subject of numerous publications, and it won an HSJ award for improving NHS service efficiency through technology.
